• Collect, use and process such information only for legitimate business purposes;
• Limit access to the information to those who have a legitimate business purpose for seeing the information; and
• Take care to prevent unauthorized disclosure.

- Integrity is fundamental to Blue Chip Minds and our mission to provide training and development programs. Integrity means doing what is right. By acting with integrity, we can have a positive impact in the world.
- Being responsible for our actions and to the business, to each other, and to clients, suppliers, consumers and governments.
- We all must follow the law, act with integrity and honesty in all matters, and be accountable for our actions. Blue Chip Minds operates globally and is subject to the laws of many countries and other jurisdictions around the world. Or Representatives are expected to comply with the applicable government laws, rules and regulations. Because Blue Chip Minds operates out of Australia, our representatives around the world often are subject to Australian laws.
- Everyone has an obligation to uphold the ethical standards of Blue Chip Minds. If a representative observes behavior that is of a concern, or that may represent a violation of our standards, representatives must raise the issue promptly. Doing so will allow the business an opportunity to deal with theissue and correct it, ideally before it becomes a violation of law or a risk to health, security or our reputation
- Blue Chip Minds respects the privacy of all its representatives, business partners, sun contractors and clients. We must handle personal data responsibly and in compliance with all applicable privacy laws. Blue Chip Mind’s representatives who handle the personal data of others must:
• Act in accordance with any relevant contractual obligations;
• Collect, use and process such information only for legitimate business purposes;
• Limit access to the information to those who have a legitimate business purpose for seeing the information; and

- Act in the best interest of Blue Chip Minds while providing services for the Business.
- A conflict of interest arises when a representatives personal activities and relationships interfere, or appear to interfere, with their ability to act in the best interest of the Blue Chip Minds.
- Do not accept gifts, meals or entertainment, or any other favor, from customers or suppliers if doing so might compromise, or appear to compromise, your ability to make objective business decisions in the best interest of Blue Chip Minds.
- Blue Chip Minds values its partnerships with clients, suppliers and the participants. Representatives must treat these partners in the same manner they expect to be treated. Always deal fairly with customers, suppliers and participants, treating them honestly and with respect:
• Always present Company products in an honest and forthright manner.
