Elisabeth Kristof is the founder of Brain-Based Wellness. Through working with thousands of bodies, Elisabeth has learned that each body, mind, and nervous system are both unique and capable of healing. Each one can be trained to resolve trauma and old patterns. Elisabeth has a strong focus on neurology of athletic performance, behaviour change, and resilience and uses this work to help countless of people overcome trauma through movement. Through the integration of neural exercises that include vision and balance drills, breath work, cranial nerve stimulation, and somatic meditation, Elisabeth shows us how the body and the brain can work together for optimal performance.
