We have selected frameworks and models that have been pioneered at Harvard, Stanford, The University of Sydney, the US Naval College and deployed personally by our team in their personal and professional lives.
Each module is based on the principle of "Triple Loop Learning" allowing for deep personal reflection that informs new behavior. The face to face and online group learning environment will heighten your learning, allowing you to delve deeper into the principles presented with a diverse group of people.

CHERYL POLLACK
With more than thirty years working in various industries Cheryl has gained valuable experience in finance and management. Her first hand experience as a manager and team leader sparked a passion to see more consideration, collaboration and engagement between management and employees in the workplace. She is also an advocate of self-awareness and the important role it plays when it comes to working with conflict in the workplace.
In 2010 Cheryl started her journey in Personal Development and openly admits that she does not know it all, as our learning is never done. Cheryl is also a certified Advanced Energy Mastery and Life Coach specialising in health, wellness and relationship coaching. She is a certified Hypnotherapist which has become a valuable addition to her toolkit when coaching clients. Cheryl has a passion for Health, Wellness and building better relationships and focuses her coaching in the relationship sector. She continues to use, practice and develop her skills in her personal and work life enabling her to manage teams more effectively, creating deeper connections, stronger engagement, harmony and an increase in productivity. Understanding relationships has given Cheryl confidence when managing down, up and sideways and she also works one to one guiding and supporting managers as they navigate and improve their personal and professional relationships. She brings a calm, caring, collaborative, resourceful and patient energy to her coaching and her work. |

Q: Do I need to lead a team to participate?
A: No, if you are responsible for business productivity and performance, manage a business function or deal with internal and/or external stakeholders you will benefit greatly from the content. Q: I am not based in Melbourne can I participate? A: Yes! If you can travel to Melbourne for the two live sessions we'd love to have you join us. The program includes 2 full day live workshops, 3 self paced learning modules and 2 group learning labs held online. Any travel and accommodation expenses are at your own expense. Q: Are there any prerequisites to participate? A: No, however we usually provide pre-course activities to ensure all participants start from a similar foundation of understanding. Q: Is this an online course? A: Not entirely. The course is a blended mix of live workshops, self study (online modules) and live online group learning labs. Q: I'd love to do the course however I am experiencing financial hardship what can I do? A: We offer 'pay what you can' scholarships to approved participants. Apply here. Q: Can I enroll a group from my workplace to participate together? A: Yes. You can register more than one person from the same workplace to participate.
