Mind Matters
This popular and foundational module provides participants with an understanding of the importance of mental complexity and the critical role mindset plays in results and approach to challenges. It arms them with awareness through reflection and tools to help change outdated behaviour.

Fortify The Future
Participants learn how to overcome the internal protective mechanisms designed to keep them safe, but can inadvertantly keep them stuck. They are invited to turn fear into fuel as they explore how and why goals must lead to growth. We explore ways to overcome self-sabotage and imposter syndrome and participants are encouraged to uncover their deepest worries and use critical thinking to over come them.

Practice Mastery
Together we explore effective frameworks to take full responsibility for our life and form positive and productive daily practices that lead to Mastery. This module covers the origins of responsibility, how a Mastery Mindset is built on responsibility. Team members are invited to create productive practices using the 4 Laws of behaviour change and they discover why attitude matters and the mental models of a true Master.

Beyond Drama
Navigate the shift from the finite to the infinite game. Use the the Ladder of Inference to shape meaningful interactions and help each other switch from tension to feeling empowered. Your team access a dedicated and private training portal in the Blue Chip Minds Academy.
They can connect with each other via chat and messaging and have direct access to their facilitator as they progress through the learner led modules. Our programs are hosted on a secure platform that can be accessed by participants from any device via a web browser or participants can download the app to access the material on the go from anywhere. |
Shared Experience
Learning is a personal experience and is greatly enhanced with peer coaching, that is why we include regular check-in sessions held live or via video conferencing.
This is a place for the team to switch off from the demands of work and come together to deep dive the content, maps, models and frameworks with their facilitator. Questions are answered, insights wins and challenges are shared as the team build lasting bonds and deeper understanding.

In my role at Blue Chip Minds, I see first-hand the effects on business and their workforce when conventional thinking and traditional leadership is the norm. People are often overworked, burnt-out, feeling devalued, and not encouraged to perform at their best. At worst they are treated as cogs in the process of production which diminishes them as humans.
It appears that focusing on profit and developing the technical skills to make even greater profits, is doing more harm than good. Participants of our corporate programs often share stories of Leaders they don’t trust, toxic work environments, feeling undervalued and not heard. The Life Reloaded for Teams programme is based on the principle that “Learning is not Fast Food” participants will be exposed to powerful concepts, principles and frameworks progressively throughout the course. This ensures they learn it and live it. We use various interventions to ensure understanding and growth is achieved. Each module is based on the principle of "Triple Loop Learning" allowing for deep personal reflection that informs new behaviour. Group learning environments are know to heighten learning, allowing your team members to go deeper into the principles covered.
Each module gives the team an opportunity to learn simple but important principles to evolve together. By the end of the program, your team will have a deeper understanding of themselves and each other and will become well acquainted with the principles that govern their results.
