Coaching Approaches We Use
Leadership Development Coaching
Leadership coaching teaches you new skills to help you become better at working with others. The focus is often on how to work with different types of people and motivate them to reach personal and team goals while also building self awareness to allow you to lead better. We use this approach with people who lead, manage or supervise a team or are looking for their next career move/promotion.
Performance Coaching
If you are feeling stressed or bored at work or simply want to get better at your job this approach will help you develop skills that are specific to meeting the objectives of your role and ensuring you have enough challenge to stay focused and engaged. Similar to athletic coaching, performance coaching focuses on spotting areas for improvement. Your coach will offer focused practice and feedback. Success Coaching
Success and career coaching sessions focus on your larger goal. Communication Coaching
This coaching approach is used with clients who are unsure how to ask for a raise, set healthier workplace boundaries or get better at delivering (and receiving feedback) Communication coaching can help you remove fears and blocks that often lead to people pleasing, outbursts or avoidance. Even though it’s a valuable type of “workplace” coaching, the benefits will ripple throughout all areas of your life. Well-being and Resilience Coaching

What is Team Coaching?
Team Coaching is group coaching, our coaches teach team members the skills to collaborate and we often facilitate more intensive sessions for team members to work through challenges or provide team development opportunities. Team coaching can be paired with individual coaching for better results. This approach serves teams that want to strengthen their communication skills and work cross-functionally.
