“Participating in Superior Thinkers Toolbox training with a highly motivated and committed cohort was so enjoyable and beneficial. I thoroughly loved the delivery of the course, the online training and group work established the foundations which were built on in the two hour face to face sessions, these conversations were effortless, two hours of catching up went too quickly and I was always surprised when I reflected and realised how much of the content had been covered via a friendly engaging chat. The training will be applied to both work and life.”

Balcony Dancefloor
Create an understanding of the bigger picture and view situations and problems from a larger (less personal) perspective. Looking from the balcony enables adaptive leaders to provide language for the situation and facilitate movement toward solutions.
Engaging the factions
Allow disparate views to be heard - those groups of people who are for the change, those who are opposed to the change and those who are just scared of the change; adaptive leaders understand emotional reactions and provide a safe environment where people can explore possibilities.
Cooking the conflict
Deepen the debate among stakeholders. Step in with questions and courageously take risks to go deeper into issues. If sterile discussion takes the place of real dialogue and conflict, then the adaptive leader steps in to deepen the conversation.

MODULE INSIGHTS
Data Insights

Progress / Pivot / Pause
Pitch a range of well-founded options to key stakeholders. This visible progress enables invested stakeholders to zoom in on a desired approach, or to allocate additional resources and deadlines as appropriate. Leaders often discover crossover opportunities at this stage.
Development
In this penultimate stage the refined solution is tracked along appropriate time-lines, with pitch-style progress reporting and clear lines of accountability allowing clear optics for ROI and delivery.
