Georgia Ellis is the founder of Blue Chip Minds and a leadership specialist with over 20 years’ experience working with leaders, teams and organisations across corporate, government and small business environments.
Her work focuses on helping people develop the thinking, self-awareness and behavioural capability required to lead effectively in complex and changing environments. Georgia is known for delivering practical, insightful and deeply human learning experiences that create lasting change.
Georgia is the creator of programs including The Future Ready Leaders Toolkit, Collective Evolution, Leading Edge, Leadership Accelerator and Life Reloaded. She has coached, mentored and delivered learning programs for executives, senior leaders, teams and individuals across Australia, New Zealand, Asia, Europe, the Middle East, Africa and the Americas.
Her approach is grounded in both professional experience and extensive personal study. Georgia has led teams ranging from small groups to large-scale operations, worked within corporate leadership roles, and run multiple small businesses. This combination gives her a practical understanding of the real challenges leaders face at every level.
She specialises in the development of:
Georgia’s interest in human potential began in the late 1990s and continues to shape her work today. Drawing on insights from psychology, neuroscience, philosophy, the science of flow, and leadership practice, she designs learning experiences that help people move beyond theory and apply what they learn in real situations.
During her corporate career, Georgia developed strong people leadership capability across all levels of an organisation, from graduate trainees to senior executives. She has managed large teams, led development programs for hundreds of employees, and understands the pressures faced by both large organisations and small business owners.
After leaving a senior management role to establish Blue Chip Minds, she recognised a gap in traditional training approaches, which often focused on technical skills rather than the human factors that drive performance. Her work now focuses on helping leaders and teams build self-awareness, strengthen communication, and create environments where people can perform at their best.
Georgia believes that when individuals develop greater self-awareness, clarity and responsibility, organisations also change — leading to stronger leadership, higher engagement and more sustainable results.
