We explore the team vision and how each team members role contributes to its realisation.Once we have clarity on each element the team will learn how to effectively leverage them to achieve extraordinary results.
The Power of Goals
We unravel the power of goals and their profound impact on personal and professional achievement. Together, we uncover the nuances between two types of goals: high hard goals and clear goals, and understand how they shape our actions, mindset, and ultimate success.
Purpose. Priority. Productivity
Team members are invited to tune into the deeper purpose behind their work objectives and learn how to hone in on the #1 priority in any situation as they use Pareto's principle and the urgent/important matrix to increase productivity.
My One Thing
Team members decide on and share their high hard goal and commit to their first clear goal. They choose a team member to ensure accountability towards their commitment.
Delivery
Real Time Application
Training is delivered via a live class allowing the team to practice tools real time with each other, rehearse skills and learn from live demonstrations. Depending on your needs this class can be held on site at your place of work or via an online conferencing tool such as MS Teams or Zoom
